MOROCCAN WEDDING BLANKET

From ikats to kilim, we see reflections of other cultures growing in popularity throughout our own interiors. Moroccan Wedding Blankets are no exception. This blanket, called the handira, is made by the Atlas Berber women in the Northern part of Morocco. A headboard, a rug, a throw over an ottoman or pillows — the creamy sequined blanket adds lots of glam to any room!

Thank you Kristin for telling me about these beauties and for PINTEREST for the images.
